200 g kikil, boiled, cut into pieces
150 g tempeh, cut into squares, fried
2 garlic cloves, sliced
6 red onion, sliced
3 large red chilies, cut into pieces
2 bay leaf
1 lemongrass stalks, bruised
5 tbsp Bango Sweet Soy Sauce
1 tsp salt
️1 tsp Royco Beef Broth
1 tbsp oil, for frying
How to make
1 Heat oil, saute garlic, shallot, bay leaf, and lemongrass until fragrant.
2 Enter the kikil and tempeh, mix well.
3 Add salt, Royco Beef Broth , sugar, and Bango Sweet Soy Sauce . Stir well.
