3 cm ginger, bruised
1 tsp Royco Chicken Broth

1 spring onion, finely sliced

Sauteed Mushroom Chicken

3 tbsp oil, for frying
50 g onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
200 g chicken fillet, minced
50 g mushroom, cut into pieces
1 tsp white pepper powder
4 tbsp Bango Sweet Soy Sauce
3 tbs soy sauce
1 deaf grain
125 ml of water

How to make

1 Nasi team: Heat all the oil, saute the onions, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.

2 Add rice, stir. Pour water and give Royco Chicken Broth . Cook, stirring occasionally, until the water runs out. Remove and set aside.

3 Saute the mushroom chicken: Heat oil, saute onion and garlic until fragrant. Add chicken and mushrooms, stir until the meat changes color.

4 Season with pepper, Bango Sweet Soy Sauce , soy sauce, sour, and water, stir. Cook until done. Remove and set aside.

5 Grease a heat-resistant bowl (can be made of ceramic, aluminum, or glass) with oil. Spoon sauteed mushroom chicken into it. Cover with rice on top. Steam for 1 hour. Lift. Serve with gravy.
