600 g tilapia
2 lime zest
1 tsp salt
2 cm galangal, bruised
3 bay leaf
5 tbsp Bango Sweet Soy Sauce
2 tsp tamarind water
4 tbsp cooking oil

8 red onion
4 cm turmeric
2 cm ginger

How to make
1 Clean the tilapia thoroughly. Remove the entrails and gills then cut into two parts.
